If not the above then I have noticed that some images actually do this and there's nothing you can do about it, it has something to do with the image itself as far as I can tell. Try deleting the browser's Temporary Internet Files. In Internet Explorer click on the word "Tools" towards the top of the window, then choose "Internet Options..." at the bottom of the drop down menu. Then in the middle of the "General" tab choose "Delete Files...". Then choose "OK".
