I just installed Verizon Online DSL with MSN 8. I checked my settings and
found that I have MSN 8.50 with IE 6.00.2800. With MSN 8, the IE browser
window is quite different than the original window for IE 6.0. I have a
specific question concerning the Links Toolbar. With the original version of
IE 6, the Links Toolbar could be opened as a separate toolbar and was used
as a special "Personal Toolbar" just below the Address bar. With my version
of IE, I have a default Links Folder in my Favorites menu, but I do not have
a Links Toolbar. I don't understand why the Links Toolbar has been relegated
to a Links Folder in the Favorites Menu. I would like to have a Links
Toolbar. Is this feature available in my version of IE?

You can right click on the tool bar and and you should be able to add the
links tool bar.
