Not sure what happened, but all of a sudden I can't access the Internet
Options in Tools.

The popup reads: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".

The only thing I can think of that might've caused it was from running
several different spyware programs; Ad-Aware, Traceless, SpywareBlaster and
Spybot, none of which have caused this or any other problems in the past.

The strange thing is that I'm the administrator and only user of this XP
computer, I even have the guest account turned off. So how can it deny me
access?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
