I have an annoying little issue in IE6.

When I go to a web page with a photo on it, normally I can right click, save
as, and in the save window, the filename is correct and I have multiple
extension options, including .jpg.

Suddenly now, if I right click and attempt to save, the save window
indicates the name is  untitled, (which I can change), and the only option
for file type is .bmp, which I cannot change.

Does anyone know why or how to fix this?
