IE Email Problem

My Icon on my toolbar in IE for Email doesnt work. I checked in
Tools/Internet Options/Programs. For "Email" there are no options in the
drop down menu. How do I get this menu to recognize Outlook Express?

I have a related question/problem and would welcome any input. My Icon on
my toolbar in IE opens up OE for "Read Mail" and "New Messages". However,
for "Send a Page" it wants to open to AOL. How do I change the default
settings so that it opens to OE?
