Don't know if this is the right place to ask, but any help would be
appreciated.

A friend's daughter has clicked on something she shouldn't have.
It's installed a programme that sets up an extra toolbar in Explorer.
Can't seem to find any way of removing it. You can switch it off by
going to View/Toolbars, where it's called prplyjxzyce. But it comes back
of it's own accord. It contains links to various sites of their's, and
tries to go online at random times.

Make any sense to anyone :-)

Try SpyBot Search & Destroy:

After you have removed this stealware, make sure you activate SpyBot's
immunize function, and regularly run it's update and scan functions.

Or try AdAware : http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/ (Free, eats
spyware for breakfast)
