I can't open "internet options" in IE6. When I try, I get a message
"Restrictions" "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".
I am running Windows XP home and IE v. 6.0.2800.1106. Also, I am logged in
to an "administrator" account on XP, so I have complete access to changes. I
did find a previous post on another newsgroup with this question, and the
fix was a registry alteration, but it didn't state what the alteration was.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Run SpyBot Search & Destroy to find and remove the stealware that's on your
computer:

When you're done, be sure to activate its immunize function, and run update
and scan weekly.

I already have SpyBot installed (great program), and regularly scan and
immunize. I did re-scan tonight, and it still occurs.
