Ok,

Here is the problem.  IE & is loading into the background. IT doesn't
appear but you can hear something going on like a discussion or
talking.  I go to task manager and find it in the processes (not
applications), so I have to delete this each time I boot up.  I went
to msconfig and can't find it anywhere. I think this was added to my
system at some site but spyware and antivirus cannot see it.  Any
suggestions on how to stop this?
