Saving to Favorite Folder

Is anyone having trouble saving to favorite folder? I can't and cannot find
a solution to my problem. When I attempt, I get "Unable to create... "
"Unspecified error". Please help

I have executed the google link given and downloaded, registered and
executed "RegSmart" and "Reg Cure" and neither remedied the save to favorite
folder problem.
