I just installed Norton Internet Security 2007.  Since doing that whenever I
close out I.E.  I get this message...... Instruction at 0x749860b0
referenced at 0x00000000.  The memory could not be "read".  Click on "OK" to
terminate program.   Can anyone tell me what this is about and how to fix
it?

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give.

Have a look through Microsoft's IE forum. There seems to be a few issues
with Norton.

Thank you for the suggestion, Benny.  I did just that and after disabling
some add ons as was suggested it seems the problem is solved.
