IE7

I've two problems with IE7 and I can't determine if they're settings, or
bugs.

1.  IE7 often doesn't show menu pics. The space holder is there, but the pic
is not. Also, today I was reading an article with graphs in the body. The
graph that was a .gif file was displayed, while the graph that was a .png
file didn't.  I don't know if that's the reason itself, or not. Funny,
before coming here I was at the IE homepage and the menu pics at the top
would not display either.

2.  I often find that when a menu runs horizontal across the top of a page
and the links are in words only, or a combo of words and pics, that the
location of the link is not in sync with the physical location of the icon.
IOW, the mouse will not indicate that it is over the link when I put it over
the icon or word; the mouse will show I'm over the link off to the side.
And, sometimes the words cross over each other so that two or more are
layered over each other.

Thanks for any assistance.

Boom. I just solved both problems by downloading IE7 for XP SP2.  I thought
I had the latest ver., but no.
