IE7 Again, same problem

I am still getting the problem that IER& hangs on starting it and error
message says it has to close. I have disabled all add ons completerly but
it still wont run.
I cant find an answer to this in the knowledge database.
Any advice would be appreciated.

in the release notes, it stated that you should not have an older
version of google desktop installed.
