Hi..

For some reason I like to save my old emails in case I want to refer to one
again but I have SO MANY in OE i would like to clear some of them out -- but
still be able to look at them if I want to -- without "restoring" all of
them. Is this possible? I have an external drive with plenty of space.
Ideally, I would put all the messages there and clear out my Oe folder
except for current and/or essential emails and then retrieve anything I
might want from the external drive when I need to. Any ideas will be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Gail Miller

Try the following.

Open OE and click on the e-mail you want to save. Go to File > Save As..
then pick one of the options. Save the e-mail to your desktop. If
there are Attachments, use the option that allows you to save Attachments.
