IE7 and Outlook Express

Is there any way to add Outlook Express back in IE7 like it was in IE6
or have I missed it somewhere in IE7.  Cause I can't find it in IE7.

Click Tools button, then Toolbars, then Customize.  Click the Read Mail
button on left, Click Add then Close.  The Mail button will then appear
on your toolbar.

Thanks, but I already had that and it opens Outlook not Outlook
Express.

I use Outlook for my mail and Outlook Express only for news groups and
have not foundany way to add Oitlook Express in IE7 like it was in IE6.
