In Windows Explorer, If I right click on a file on my network shares, I get
a security warning stating that this may not be a safe action. This only
started happening when I installed IE7.
How can I just get my old context menu back? It's a major pain having to
agree to this security warning every time I want to delete or rename a
network file.

I had the same problem, except instead of a security warning I can just
click past, I couldn't open the networked file at all. Couldn't find a fix
so I went back to IE version 6. That solved it.

In Internet Explorer 7, goto tools, internet options, security, intranet,
uncheck "automatic detect intranet".
Then in Security Level for this Zone (Intranet) go to Misc, Launching Apps
and Unsafe Files, check "enable".
This fixed it for me.
