IE 7 Temp Internet files, where are they?

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

It's almost empty, but when i copy that folder on some other location
suddenly all those other files become visible?
And yes, show hidden and system files is on

Just the GUI doing strange things, for our own good no doubt. It
defaults to where you're looking, then \CONTENT.IE5 in the CLI. There's
a mixed bag of exposed and hidden/system folders...

You will need a file manager like explorerxp to view them. Windows explorer
will not show them.
