IE 7 Beta 2 to Beta 3

I am trying to remove Beta 2 so I can install Beta 3 but it 3 won't install
until I remove 2. The message says go to Add/Remove, (Updates box is
checked) but IE does not show up in the list. I tried using something called
CCleaner but that did not work. Can I just go to Windows Explorer and delete
the IE folder or will that not be sufficient enough?

Any other ideas or suggestions are welcome.

You could miss out beta 3 and go for RC1 which is now available.
RC1 uninstalls the beta versions as part of the install
