can't find Newsgroups

Hi' all,
I've just installed a new computer for a friend, she has win.XP Home sp2,
I.E. O.E.. I was going to show her how to subscribe to newsgroups but in
O.E., under tools, the newsgroup option is not there. Does anyone know why
and how I can get it for her, so that she can access the ones she wants.

If you post your problem in the correct Newsgroup for this subject
i.e.microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general, the MS MVP, who replies to
posting there will solve your problem. He answers more or less by return!
