The IE 7 beta 2 install hangs up at 46 %  and I get a RUNDLL error pop up.
It says " Error loading c:\WINDOWS\system32\msfeeds.dll  The specified
procedure could not be found." How do I get around or fix this error?

I experience the same error.  What is the fix

Does not look like one single solution to this problem. all are linked
with the permissions to the regestry file!

One thing you can try is boot in as "Administrator" Stop ALL processes
and programs (AV and Firewall included!) so that you have the minimum
running then try the install again.

Search for "MSFEEDS.DLL problems fixed" in the newsgroups for other
things to try, but they involve messing around  with the regestry so be
carefull!!
