When I click on links, such as from an e-mail or from certain sites, the
window will open but no content appears. The page is white and the flag
continues to move like it is trying to find the information. It just started
doing this after working correctly for years. Any ideas on what is causing
this problem?

If you have more than one browserthen one of them must be set as the
default. If there is no default browser then the links have no where to go
and you will get blank pages. Try resetting IE in Internet Options.
