cant change my HOME page in Explorer

Need help
When I select "ABOUT:BLANK" for my home page it does not happen.
It always returns to the Rogers home page.
Here is what I am doing.
TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS
under "Home page" I select BLANK
APPLY>ok
when I come bacl to Explorer it still reads Rogers home page
Could use some help\

try changing it to something else like google, closing all explorer pages
and then opening them back up again. Does that work? You could also make
sure that you have cleaned out all temp internet files, history etc and try
again. You could also try accessing the internet options from the control
panel instead of IE
