Since buying a new PC I have been unable to access MSN.com or MSN.ie when
Offline. No matter what settings I use they are "greyed out" and unavailable
offline either in History or Favorites. I have Windows XP/SP2 and IE6 with
Norton Security. . I do not have this problem with any other sites.

Under 'Favorites/Organise Favorites' both sites show Times Visited : 0 even
though I visit them both daily. Both are ticked for "make this page
available offline"

Is this due to something in the configuration of the pages themselves or
could it be caused by some settings on my PC or Security?

It may be you have internet security... check your toolbar (by the
clock) and right click on the Norton icon and see if there is a button
for "allow traffic" or something like that. I know Norton Internet
Security closes off traffic so nothing can get through
