I can't get on the internet. My networks setting are working. I've
checked everything with my ISP and the connection is fine. I can ping
other sites. I've run AV and Anti-Spy software and all is clear. I
have all the latest XP updates. I'm thinking it's a problem with
Internet Explorer.
Microsoft wants to charge me $30 to check out the problem. Should I
pay it?
Don't want this to sound like a smart aleck response. If I were
you, I'd download and try one of the other popular browsers
(e.g. Opera, Firefox). Then try accessing with it. If that
fails, it certainly points to the settings. If it succeeds, it
points to IE.
