IE6 stopped working properley

When I do a search in Google or Yahoo, nothing happens after putting a word
in and hitting search. Similarly downloading some files I get a blank windo.

I've been into add/remove programs to try repair and IE6 isn't listed!

Also when clicking on any links that are downloads, nothing happens.
