Hi,
I have got myself a new computer and when I open IE the text PackardBell is
allways in the blue title. I find this most irritating so i want it removed.
Can someone help me?
Thanks in advance

Change the Text in Internet Explorers Title Bar
Start/Run/Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main. In the
right pane, change the value of the string, "WindowTitle".

But when I tried this I didn't have "Window Title" in the RH pane.

Please let us know how you get on.

Hi,
I found the string under HKEY_CURRENT_USER so I could remove it. Many
thanks!

Where exactly in HKEY_CURRENT_USER did you find it?

I've looked bu t can't see it, so if you could be more precise with the
exact location that would be helpful.
