When I use control-enter in the address bar of my explorer
to skip the www and .com, I am getting a search page.  It
started out with excite search.  While googling for a fix, I
saw a suggestion to use the "reset web settings" button
under the programs tab of the options menu.  Now my browser
goes to MSN search.  How do I get my control-enter back.
Virus and spyware scans come up clean.  I am using IE6 on
XP.

From IE click on the search Icon on the toolbar ( the one with the
magnifying glass) then on the search window select custom. From there you
can set your search engine.

Yes, I am an agent of Satan, but my duties are largely ceremonial.

Careful, mate. You'll have the fuckwit posting mad rants about you being a
troll if you keep it up.

He already has.

I don't think he reads the posts he replies to. He just composes some sort
of answer that may, or may not, have something in it that's related to the
OP. This one just happened to mention "MSN Search" and he seized on that.
Crap like that is what got all of us started laughing at him in the first
place.

Make sure that you have AutoComplete turned on for that to work.

Do you still suffer physiological withdrawal states when you stop drinking?

For nothing.

> Now my browser goes to MSN search.

Now you can endure your own suffering.

How long have you been an idiot?

And a little worried. I don't understand.

I have to disagree.

How do you say 'little' in French?
