I tiled horizontally the Word program & Internet window.  I never chose to
Undo Tile, and just turned off everything.  It seems I'm now sentenced to
life to a tiled window.   The explorer window opens normally but on some
links that open in a new window, they come up in the smaller frame from when
I tiled it.  Now I don't have the option to Undo Tile and can't find out how
to make all the windows open up in full (not Full Screen, but the usual full
size).   Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Try manually dragging the "minimized screen" to the size you prefer then
close the window...next time you reopen it should be the size you left it...
