Explorer loads at startup

Hi,

I don't want Internet Explorer 6.0 to automatically load when I log on.
Could someone please tell me where to make the settings changes that will
stop Internet Explorer 6.0 from loading when I log on!?  Please post to the
group or email.  Thanks.
