Script Debugging - can't enable?

Hi all,

I installed Script Debugger a couple of months ago on my machine, and
until a week ago, it was working perfectly. However, I now can't enable
it at all. If I deselect the "Disable Script Debugging" options in the
Advanced tab, they don't remain deselected. Can anyone shed some light
on why this might be happening? I've noticed that MDM.exe is no longer
started by default; the options still don't stay deselected when I
start mdm manually either though.

The only change made to this machine as far as I can tell is the
addition of some spyware software (Spyware Doctor)

Hope someone can help - debugging's a nightmare without script
debugger, and I can't test in Firefox

Thanks in advance
Andy

Has nobody else experienced this problem? I've tried changing the
registry as per a FAQ I found, but the options change back as soon as I
change them.. Some running process must be doing it - has anyone ever
heard of this?
