`new`home page

I am getting a new home page when I open IE (http://www.hotsearchbar.com) I
have checked box to use `blank` home page but it keeps re appearing, I also
think its linked to a folder in favourites that I keep deleting but this
also re appears ( some porn thing or other). I have tried AVG scan and also
spybot but they keep coming back.

help appreciated

Hello from the Eighth Doctor
Have your computer routinely scan for viruses every day for starters. Then have the
spyware removal tool do so, at least once a day. Also whose antivirus tool are you
using? Same for spyware removal.
