No ftp with SP2

After installing SP2 I can no longer upload/download files via FTP, whats
the deal?

You may have the firewall set to block port 21.  You need port 21 open in
order to use FTP.  The Windows firewall may have activated for the first
time when you installed SP2 (I think it sets it activates it as the default)
and that may be why you're being blocked.
