My bank has suddenly decided I am not using 128 bit encryption, I have the
latest version of explorer as far as I know and WinXp pro.  Anyone else
having this problem

In IE click Help on the Menu bar, go to About. This will tell you the
version of your browser and whether it is 128 bit. I kinda think you'll need
to contact your bank and see what is up with them.
