I noticed recently when using an XP system that Internet Explorer has a new
pop-up blocker installed, which I believe is part of service pack two.
However, various systems I use have had service pack two downloaded onto
them, yet don't appear to have the pop-up blocker. Does anyone know if
there's a setting lurking somewhere or if Internet Explorer perhaps hasn't
been updated?
The XP version which had the pop-up blocker was the corporate edition,
although I don't think that should make any difference. When it blocked the
pop-up it indicated as such in a top status bar, enabling me to click on it
if I wished.
Any ideas?

Are the machines without the popup blocker WinXP SP2?
You can only have IE6 SP2 on WinXP SP2.
If so, in IE click Tools | Popup Blocker
