Open OE. From OE open the Address Book. In the Address Book go to Help |
About. It will tell you the name and location of the WAB file it is using.
Close OE and copy that WAB file.

I see the location " Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book\Stan.wab" but
cannot find it when I open windows explorer.

Turn off hidden files.

You will have to set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders.
(Tools | Folder Options | View)
