Go to Tools, Internet Options, Programs, Manage add ons.

I don't have "manage add ons" as an option on any IE browser I am
running. How would one access this information on browsers that are
previous to the feature you describe. IE 6.0 is the most advanced version
I am running right now, but I also have 5.5 and 5.0 for different
situations.
