Can't view TIFF files

I can't view TIFF files.  Explorer just hangs.  I use ACDSee most of
the time, so I checked the file associations in ACDSee and it thinks
it is supposed to open TIFF files.

How do I check this in Explorer?  Thanks!

I think explorer renders these images internally - it doesn't ask any
service to do it for him. Either your IE is damaged, or the image itself is
somehow bad or strange and there is a bug in IE, so that it isn't able to
handle it. Try it on another computers.
