Can I change the sound that the new Pop-Up Blocker makes
when it blocks a pop-up? If so, how?

Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Change the Sound Scheme
Click the Sounds tab - everything is in there, just scroll to "Windows
Explorer"  (?? should be Internet Explorer - don't ask I guess)

Thanks, Jopa. I got it from another forum. You're right, it
should be in the IE options for the Pop-Up Blocker. Here's
the step by step for anyone interested .

Change the Pop-Up Blocker Sound:

1. Open the Control Panel
2. Click Sounds and Audio Devices
3. Click Sounds tab
4. Under Program Events scroll down to Windows Explorer
5. Click Blocked Pop-Up Window
6. Select a sound from the drop down box or browse for a new
sound
7. Click  Aply, then Ok
