Onion Skin won't ghost drawing

Hi, I'm using flash cs3 to create an animation.
when i click the onion skin and add a keyframe the previous frame does not become a ghost.
what can i do to correct this? thanks!

You have to move the handles just above the timeline (Start and End Onion skin) to include all the keyframes you want to show as "ghost".
