Totally no idea what Spinnets, is. I did look into the dreamweaver interface
as well as manuals, no mention of that sort of this whatsoever. Mind to elaborate?
on the Side note tho, there really isn't much difference with the previous version.
The interface has new look, there are bones (kinetics) and 3D rotation of an object
and a new motion tween editor but the rest is pretty much the same and I don't believe
whatever is that you asking for, is there, because if it was, I would already find it:)
I explored CS4 for past few days carefully to explore all the new stuff, see what I can
use for my work and what's useless - to me...

I'm so so sorry Urrami,
you see, English is not my native language, and this word "spinnets" was
sitting on the tip of my tongue and I was so damn sure that it's the name of
this panel.. After you told me that there is no such a panel in DW, I opened
it to see myself what gone wrong.. I wasn't laughing long, but.. the thing
is, this panel is called "Snippets".
The panel that allows me to store some code pieces and text as a template in
a categories, so I can easily find it and insert, for example, into the code
panel as I write PHP script.
Sorry for bothering you,
R.

You can check the site for the new features, otherwise, I think you have to wait the official release.
No, there is no snippets panel in Flash CS4 Professional.
