I opened and used flash fine when I first installed CS3. Now when I open the
Actions panel Flash Crashed. We have all of the updates and the 9.0.2 patch
installed. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Any help is welcomed and appreciated!

yes, I get this error too...i found your message by googling "46015140".  Ive
found that inexplicably if you open some flash files and work on them,
eventually some start crashing the program.  Then you need to resave the
particular flash file in a completely different folder or at least a parent
folder and then it works.

Even resaving, overwriting, or renaming the file have no effect, you actually
need to move the file to a different folder.

This is indicitave of the application possibly writing a temp file or trying
to change file attributes while its open but I havent seen anything in the logs
so far.
