I can't post in the Customer Service Center because it's my work's copy and I
have no info on the software.

Flash CS3 Professional is crashing immediately (with generic error message of
having to close Flash) when I open an existing fla file OR try to create a new
one. It crashed originally when I accidentally pasted a paragraph of text into
the font tab instead of a font. I restarted and it was still broken. I got the
tech person to uninstall and reinstall the software and it STILL CRASHES. What
is going on?? Anyone??? I need this to do aspects of my job, so I need help
ASAP. Thanks!
