my swf has a big white margin on the left side-I cant find how to eliminate it
Is it possible to change the stag size in a crop manner way (like in photoshop)

No, there is no Crop in flash. You need to manually move entire content.
The only way I heard about that was automated, was by using JSFL. Someone wrote
one but I have no idea where you can find it. Try to google for "JSFL Flash Crop"
