When I copy a sprite from Photoshop,
http://i35.tinypic.com/4ugwaq.jpg
and paste it in Flash, it has a green background,
http://i34.tinypic.com/2hpr3x5.jpg
why and how do I fix this?

Don't paste. Save image as png then import into flash.
