how do I make flash animation for websites with Abode Flash CS3? It will have
static words with animation moving behind it.

Example:
http://www.fxnetworks.com/shows/originals/rescueme/#/home/
exclusive video, about the crew, and cast and crew: all have video snippets
moving when you mouse over it.

I'm sorry, but this question is sort of like: "I bought a hammer, a saw and
some wood, how do I make a rocking chair?"

First step: open Flash and hit the F1 key. This will open up Flash's Help
menu. Choose "Using Flash". Go through all the exercises. If you're impatient
and want to skip ahead (I don't recommend it), go to the "Creating Animation"
section. The explanations and tutorials are actually very well-written and easy
to grasp.

There is also a PDF file that comes installed with Flash called
flash_cs3_help.pdf, which contains the same material.

I could write out a paint-by-numbers tutorial for you here, but it would be
pretty similar to what's in the Flash Help resources. Use them. Then if you get
stuck on a specific detail, feel free to ask questions at this forum and people
will be more than happy to help.
