You probably know lots of sites are built with frames, and I do not mean the
normal frame in flash, I mean a frame to another URL.
I was wondering, can I create such frame in a flash file?
Thank you, Gal.
Please replay if you did not understand something.

No, you can't have frame within flash to display HTML.
Flash does not have browser capabilities. It can only load text with basic HTML formatted
string. Limited to font size, color, hyper link, font types etc... Nothing beyond that.
