I am trying to make a "growing" arrow:
A small arrow:  -------> would extend to -------------------------------->
I tried with shape tweening and shape hints and it works fine. The problem is,
if I try to duplicate the layer to use my arrow elsewhere (in another movie), I
loose the shape hints. It looks like shape hints are not attached to the shape
but rather to the scene.
I feel like I am trying to reinvent the wheel. Is there a simple way to do
this?
Thanks.

Hi isouaga,
you can put the animation in a movie clip and then just duplicate the movie clip. Hope that this helps.
