Does any one know how to work the scripted camera, I can't get it to work right?

I found it in a flash tutorial but cant get contact with author, but i was
hoping someone here would know.

(For Those of you that don't know what I am talking about.)
Its is a transparent rectangle the acts like camera and it has 4 layers (1.
the screen(transparent rectangle), viewfinder, color bar, and script.) It can
be tweened and show the view of a camera moving so you show camera motion
without tween each layer, and it makes the closer layers move faster creating a
3-D effect.  By create enlargements or reductions it you can create zoom
effects, enlargement (Zoom out), reduction (Zoom in).

I have the script but I could not get it stay in the workspace. Here is the
tutorial. http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/236757

I don't see any such tutorial listed in that link, and you also didn't specify
which 'scripted camera' you're referring to. There are several such things
floating around, the most popular having been developed by Sham Bhangal.

The only scripted cameras I've seen do not offer that multiplane effect.
Basically you tween the rectangle, and whatever is contained within it is what
shows on the final SWF. So if you tween the rectangle getting smaller, then the
SWF shows the items within it getting larger.

Here's the camera I'm referring to:

If you know of one that offers the multiplane effect, then I'm curious to know
where to find it.
