open fla from a flash exe

I have a .fla file that I will publish to an EXE that will deliver various
print and multimedia resources. I also have .fla files that contain just a flv
and play the video. There will be a close button as well. What is the best
way to launch that .fla file from within my EXE? I'm using AS2.
