I've checked the tech support questions and can't seem to find any help
regarding the matter.
I've been watching full episodes of shows on the abc.com website. Last night
the episodes were working fine as they had been for the past few days. When I
restarted my computer this morning, there was a flash player update from adobe
that i installed, which i'm assuming is some version 9 something.. so anyway, I
went to the abc website to watch the episodes and it tells me "flash 8 is
required to view these full length episodes. you can download flash 8 for free
here" and when i click, it takes me to the adobe site to download and install
version 9.. so my thoughts are that my flash worked fine before i did the adobe
update and now it's not working. I tried to go into add/remove programs and
remove the update I had installed but it didn't seem to work or either i did it
wrong.. so i don't know what to do. Does anbody know how to get rid of version
9 and download version 8? Or atleast go back to what I had originally when it
worked fine? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Go to adobe.com and search for flash player uninstallers. On the same page, it should have links to previous versions of the flash player.
