Ive created a autorun cd for pc, which autoruns a flash exe fullscreen (using
fscommand).
this file has links to pdfs using the below code.

when the link is clicked the exe file returns to the stage dimensions.
this seems to be a new thing since flash player 9.
has anyone else experienced this and is there a way to prevent it happening?
